ObamaCare deadline extended for the Pre-Existing Conditions Insurance Plan (PCIP) enrollment

The Obama administration has announced that it is extending the ObamaCare enrollment deadline slated to end January 31st until March 15^th for people with pre-existing conditions under the Pre-Existing Conditions Insurance Plan (PCIP).
